Route: Delhi (3 Nights) > Mandawa (1 Night) > Jaipur (2 Nights) > Ranthambhore (2 Nights) > Agra (1 Night)
Brief Description
All National Parks are closed from 01 July to 30 September every year.
Day 01: Arrival in Delhi.
Arrive Delhi, assistance upon arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi - Mandawa (270 Km, 5-6 Km Hours Approx)
Drive to Mandawa/Shekhawati. Mandawa houses a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic collection. The whole area of Shekhavati has beautiful frescoes, havelis & mansions and is called the open air gallery. Overnight stay in Mandawa .
Day 03: Mandawa - Jaipur (200 Km, 5-6 Hours Approx)
Morning drive to Jaipur. Rest of the Day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 04: Jaipur
Morning visit the Amber Fort. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, & the Observatory . Drive past Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) & through the pink rose residential . Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur - Ranthambore (140 Km, 4-5 Hours Approx)
Morning drive to Ranthambore. Ranthambore is Rajasthan's first Project Tiger reserve & named after a 1000 year old fort which stands in the park. It has an congenial habitat for the stately sambar, the largest of all Asiatic deer. Tigers, chital, wild boar and other animals are also found here. Overnight stay in Ranthambore.
Day 06: Ranthambore
Day free. Morning & evening jungle safari.Overnight stay in Ranthambore.
Day 07: Ranthambore - Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (300 Km, 6-7 Hours Approx)
Drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Afternoon visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal . Later visit the Agra Fort. Overnight stay Agra. Taj Mahal is closed on FriDays.
Day 08: Agra - Delhi (220 Km , 4-5 Hours Approx)
Drive to Delhi and check in at hotel. Day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 09: Full Day Sightseeing.
Full Day tour of New Delhi visiting - Qutab Minar.
India Gate , Lakshmi Narayan Temple and drive past President's house and Secretariat building. Afternoon visit of Old Delhi visiting Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Visit the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi (Rajghat). Check-out from the hotel at 1200 hrs. Late evening transfer to airport to connect your flight for onwards journey.
