Payment Options
In most of the cases, we require some amount of the package (depending upon the package) as an advance to block the services on confirmed basis. Balance payment will be collected after your arrival at the Airport/Railway Station. In some cases, like Train Tours or hotels at peak season like Christmas and New Year, 50% of the Total payment will be required as an advance to block the services on confirmed basis.
If you avail only Car Rental services from us, then 20% of the cost of Car Rental will be required as an advance. Balance will be collected at the Arrival/pick up point.
There will be additional charge of 4% for payments made online.

Cancellation
Prior notifications must be send to us in written in the event of cancellation due to any reasons. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your written intimation.
Cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days prior to arrival – No Cancellation charges. (Except for actual service cost Train/Flight Bookings if any).
15 days prior to arrival – 5% of the tour + Actual service Cost
10 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour + Actual service Cost.
48 Hours prior to arrival – 40% of the tour + Actual service cost.
Less than 48 Hours or no show –No refund.
During the peak season Hotel booking, resort booking, Special Train journeys different cancellation policy will be applicable which shall advise to you as and when applicable.
Restricted amount would be refunded in case you cancel the trip after commencement, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
